On March 20, 2024, Sphere 3D (NASDAQ: ANY) informed Kurt Kalbfleisch, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company that his employment agreement will terminate on June 20, 2024. The Company is currently negotiating a new employment agreement with Mr. Kalbfleisch.
