SpartanNash (SPTN) Announces Departure of Chief Merchandising Officer

On March 26, 2025, it was determined that Bennett Morgan, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of SpartanNash (NASDAQ: SPTN), will be leaving the Company, effective April 25, 2025. Mr. Morgan is working with the Company to ensure an orderly transition. The Company will enter into a separation agreement with Mr. Morgan, pursuant to which Mr. Morgan will receive separation benefits consistent with a qualifying termination of employment other than for death, disability or cause, as described in the Company's proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 1, 2025.
