On March 4, 2025, Christopher W. Degnan notified Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW) of his intention to step down as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer. In addition, on March 4, 2025, Michael Gannon was appointed by the Company to succeed Mr. Degnan as the Company’s new Chief Revenue Officer, effective upon the first day Mr. Gannon begins employment with the Company, which is expected to be March 14, 2025.
