Renalytix AI Plc (RNLX) Announces CFO Resignation

On May 24, 2024, O. James Sterling tendered his resignation from his position as the Chief Financial Officer of Renalytix AI Plc (NASDAQ: RNLX). Mr. Sterling will remain with the Company through a transition period ending June 10, 2024. Mr. Sterling advised the Company that his decision to resign did not involve any disagreement with the Company.

On May 27, 2024, the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company appointed Joel R. Jung as Interim Chief Financial Officer and designated Mr. Jung as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective as of May 28, 2024.
