Qualys (QLYS) Announces Upcoming Resignation of William Berutti from Board

On April 2, 2024, William Berutti notified the Board of Directors of Qualys (NASDAQ: QLYS) that he would not stand for re-election at the annual meeting of stockholders taking place on or about June 12, 2024. Mr. Berutti’s notice is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
