Prologis names Trisha Burns as new chief accounting officer

Prologis Inc. (NYSE: PLD) announced that Lori Palazzolo will retire as Chief Accounting Officer effective April 1, 2026, according to a company statement. Palazzolo will remain with the real estate investment trust as a senior advisor to support the transition.
The company named Trisha Burns, 44, as the new Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 1, 2026. Burns currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Accounting and Financial Reporting, a position she has held since January 1, 2025.
Burns joined Prologis in 2010 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Accounting and Reporting from July 2018 to January 2025, according to the company statement.
