PagerDuty, Inc. (PD) Appoints Paul Underwood as Chief Accounting Officer

On July 25, 2025, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD) appointed Paul Underwood, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Mr. Underwood assumes the designation of principal accounting officer from Howard Wilson, who continues to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer.
