On December 2, 2024, Mitra Rezvan notified PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD) of her intention to resign from her position as SVP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, and principal accounting officer, effective December 13, 2024, to pursue another opportunity. Effective as of December 13, 2024, Owen Howard Wilson, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, will act as the Company’s interim principal accounting officer, for the purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
