Owens & Minor names Perry Bernocchi as chief operating officer

Owens & Minor Inc. (NYSE: OMI) appointed Perry A. Bernocchi as executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective December 5, 2024, according to a company statement.
Bernocchi, 67, has served as executive vice president and chief executive officer of the company's Patient Direct segment since March 2023. His compensation and employment terms remain unchanged with the promotion.
The company stated that Bernocchi has no family relationships with current directors or executive officers and is not party to any related-party transactions requiring disclosure under securities regulations. Additional biographical information about Bernocchi was previously disclosed in the company's Form 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2024.
Owens & Minor provides healthcare supply chain management and patient direct services to healthcare providers and manufacturers.
