Owens & Minor Inc. (NYSE: OMI) announced that Snehashish Sarkar, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, will resign from his position effective September 26, 2025.
Sarkar informed the company on September 15 that he was leaving to pursue a new opportunity with another company, according to the press release. He has served as Chief Information Officer since joining Owens & Minor in October 2022.
The company stated that during his tenure, Sarkar built a global team prepared to continue supporting the company's strategic priorities.
