Oracle (ORCL) Announces Retirement of Chief Corporate Architect

After working for Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) for 38 years, including most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Corporate Architect, Edward Screven provided notice on January 8, 2025 of his intention to retire from Oracle by the end of February 2025. Mr. Screven will assist in the transition of his duties until his retirement becomes effective. Mr. Screven will also continue to serve as Oracle’s representative on the Board of Directors of Ampere Computing Holdings LLC.
