Old Point Financial Corp (OPOF) Announces COO Resignation

On March 21, 2024, Susan R. Ralston notified Old Point Financial Corp (NASDAQ: OPOF) of her decision to resign as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of The Old Point National Bank of Phoebus (the “Bank”), the Company’s wholly-owned national bank subsidiary. The Company expects that Ms. Ralston’s resignation will be effective on April 19, 2024 and intends to commence a search for Ms. Ralston’s replacement. The Company thanks Ms. Ralston for her dedication and contributions to the Company and the Bank and she will be missed.
