On March 8, 2024, Norwood Financial Corp (NASDAQ: NWFL) was notified that William S. Lance, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its subsidiary, Wayne Bank, will retire effective as of August 2, 2024. The Company has engaged an executive search firm to conduct a nation-wide search for Mr. Lance’s replacement.
