Noble Corp accounting chief to resign next month

Noble Corp (NYSE: NE) announced that Chief Accounting Officer Jennifer Yeung will resign from her position effective September 19, 2025. Yeung submitted her resignation notice on August 19, 2025.
The company stated that Yeung's departure is not related to any disagreement with Noble Corp regarding operations, policies, or practices.
Chief Financial Officer Richard Barker will serve as principal accounting officer following Yeung's departure until the company names a replacement. Barker will assume these additional responsibilities immediately after Yeung's resignation takes effect.
The information was disclosed in a company statement.
