NKGen Biotech (NKGN) Announces Board Chair Resignation

On March 14, 2024, Sangwoo Park notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of his intention to step down as chairperson of the Board of NKGen Biotech (NASDAQ: NKGN). Mr. Park will continue to serve as a director on the Board. Having reviewed all relevant information available to it, the Board has appointed Dr. Paul Y. Song, the Company’s chief executive officer, as the chairperson of the Board.
