On March 7, 2024, John F. Macke, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and principal accounting officer, notified Merchants Bancorp (NASDAQ: MBIN) of his intention to retire. Mr. Macke’s decision to retire was voluntary and not the result of any dispute or disagreement with management or the Board or related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
The Company will begin a search for Mr. Macke’s replacement. Mr. Macke will continue to serve in his current role and assist the Company with the transition to a successor until his retirement on or before September 30, 2024.
