Match Group (MTCH) Announces Resignation of Wendi Murdoch from Board

On June 2, 2024, Wendi Murdoch notified the Board of Directors of Match Group (NASDAQ: MTCH) that she has decided not to stand for reelection as a director of the Company
at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 21, 2024 (the “Annual Meeting”). Ms. Murdoch will serve out the remainder of her term until the Annual Meeting. Ms. Murdoch’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
