Lyft (LYFT) Announces Departure of Chief Accounting Officer

On March 3, 2025, Lyft (NASDAQ: LYFT) announced that Lisa Blackwood-Kapral, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”), will depart the Company effective March 6, 2025. Ms. Blackwood-Kapral’s departure is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, its board of directors, or its management, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
