Leslie's CFO Iskander to step down in October for personal reasons

Leslie's, Inc. (NASDAQ: LESL) announced that Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Tony Iskander will step down from his position effective October 4, 2025, or earlier if the company appoints a replacement.
Iskander notified the company of his intention to resign on August 15, 2025, citing personal reasons for his departure. The company stated that his resignation is not related to any disagreement regarding operations, financial statements or accounting matters.
Leslie's may engage Iskander as an advisor following his departure date. Iskander serves as the company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer in his current role.
The pool and spa retailer has not announced a replacement for the position. The information was disclosed in a company statement.
