Keros Therapeutics (KROS) Announces Resignation of Chief Medical Officer

On February 29, 2024, Simon Cooper, M.B.B.S., resigned from his position as Chief Medical Officer of Keros Therapeutics (NASDAQ: KROS), effective March 12, 2024, to pursue other opportunities. Dr. Cooper’s resignation is voluntary and is not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Medical Officer. The Company would like to thank Dr. Cooper for his service and for the contributions he made as Chief Medical Officer and as a member of the executive team.
