JELD-WEN chief accounting officer to resign in October

JELD-WEN Holding Inc. (NYSE: JELD) announced that Michael A. Leon will resign from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer effective October 17, 2025.
Leon notified the company of his decision on September 24, 2025. The company stated that his departure is not related to any disagreement with JELD-WEN regarding financial reporting or accounting policies.
Following Leon's departure, Samantha L. Stoddard, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the responsibilities of principal accounting officer on an interim basis.
The information was disclosed in a company statement, which referenced Stoddard's background and experience as detailed in JELD-WEN's Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on February 20, 2025.
