On March 31, 2024, Dr. Philip Boon, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Innospec (NASDAQ: IOSP), informed the Company of his decision to officially retire effective March 31, 2025. Dr. Boon will provide various support to the Company on a consultancy basis, on terms to be agreed, after his retirement.
