IDEAYA Biosciences (IDYA) Announces Resignation of Chief Legal Officer

On June 21, 2024, Jason Throne informed IDEAYA Biosciences (NASDAQ: IDYA) of his voluntary resignation from his positions as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Throne’ resignation will be effective as of July 11, 2024. Mr. Throne resigned due to personal reasons and his resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
