Hyatt Hotels (H) Appoints Kinsey Wolf as Chief Accounting Officer

On August 15, 2024, Kinsey Wolf was appointed to serve as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H), effective immediately. In this capacity, Ms. Wolf will also serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer, effective as of August 15, 2024. Upon Ms. Wolf’s appointment as principal accounting officer, Joan Bottarini, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, shall remain as the Company’s chief financial officer and principal financial officer and will no longer serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer as of August 15, 2024.
