Hertz Global (HTZ) Announces Resignation of General Counsel Colleen Batcheler

Colleen Batcheler, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Hertz Global (NASDAQ: HTZ) informed the Company on March 28, 2024, of her intent to resign from her role with the Company, effective April 10, 2024, to accept a role outside the Company. Ms. Batcheler will remain with the Company in a non-executive capacity through April 20, 2024, to facilitate a transition of her duties.
