On October 1, 2024, Traci L. Jensen, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of H.B. Fuller (NYSE: FUL), notified the Company of her retirement, effective November 30, 2024. Ms. Jensen has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Company since December 2022 and previously served as Vice President, Global Business Process Improvement since December 2019 following a ten-year career at the Company. Ms. Jensen has played an important role on the Company’s executive team and has been instrumental in guiding the Company’s recent growth. The Company thanks Ms. Jensen for her dedication, commitment, and extraordinary service over the past fifteen years and wishes her continued success in all her future endeavors.
