Groupon (GRPN) Appoints Dusan Senkypl as Permanent CEO

On May 7, 2024, Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) appointed Dusan Senkypl as permanent Chief Executive Officer (“CEO") of the Company. In connection with such appointment, Mr. Senkypl entered into an employment agreement with the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Groupon Management LLC (the “Employment Agreement”), which was effective on May 1, 2024.
