Goodyear Tire (GT) Announces Resignation of Director Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah

On January 11, 2025, Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, a Director of Goodyear Tire (NASDAQ: GT), notified the Company that he will resign as a Director effective on January 15, 2025. Mr. Mahendra-Rajah has served as a Director of the Company since June 2021.

Mr. Mahendra-Rajah’s decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
