Fossil Group (FOSL) Eliminates COO Role

On January 10, 2025, Fossil Group (NASDAQ: FOSL) informed Jeffrey N. Boyer, Chief Operating Officer, that his position with the Company was being eliminated in connection with the Company’s ongoing Transform and Grow strategy. Mr. Boyer will remain employed with the Company through January 17, 2025. Mr. Boyer’s responsibilities will be assumed by other officers at the Company.
