Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) Announces Resignation of David Lazzarato from Board

On February 29, 2024, David Lazzarato, a member of the Board of Directors of Flutter Entertainment plc (NYSE: FLUT), informed the Company that he will not stand for re-election and will retire as a director at the Company’s 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders, which is scheduled to be held on May 1, 2024. The decision by Mr. Lazzarato was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
