Ecovyst Inc. (ECVT) Announces Resignation of Robert Coxon from Board

On May 3, 2024, Robert Coxon notified Ecovyst Inc. (NYSE: ECVT) that he would be resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 8, 2024. Mr. Coxon has served on the Board since 2007. Mr. Coxon’s resignation was due to personal health reasons and was not as a result of or caused by any disagreement with the Company. The Board expects as of the effectiveness of Mr. Coxon’s resignation to decrease the size of the Board to eight (8) members.
