Dynavax (DVAX) Appoints Kelly MacDonald as CFO

Effective August 1, 2024, the Board of Directors of Dynavax (NASDAQ: DVAX) re-appointed Kelly MacDonald to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer) upon her return from maternity leave. During said leave, Ryan Spencer, the Company’s current Chief Executive Officer (principal executive officer) (“CEO”) also temporarily served as Interim Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer) ("CFO"). Upon Ms. MacDonald's return, Mr. Spencer will no longer serve as Interim CFO but continues as CEO.
