Dynatrace Inc. (DT) Announces Resignation of Seth Boro from Board

On February 20, 2024, Seth Boro notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Dynatrace Inc. (NYSE: DT) of his resignation from the Board, effective as of the date thereof. Mr. Boro's decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. The Board thanks Mr. Boro for his service and contributions as a director over the last nine years.
