Costar Group (CSGP) Announces CFO Retirement

On February 20, 2024, Scott Wheeler notified Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) of his intention to retire from his position as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wheeler has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2016, and the Company extends its gratitude to Mr. Wheeler for his years of service and contributions to the Company. Mr. Wheeler’s decision to step down is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
