Chemours (CC) Receives NYSE Non-compliance Notice

On March 18, 2024, the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) notified Chemours (NYSE: CC) that it is not in compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual as a result of its failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-K”). In accordance with the NYSE Listed Company Manual, the Company has contacted the NYSE to discuss the status of its Form 10-K filing.

On March 18, 2024, the Company issued a press release with respect to the receipt of the notice of noncompliance from the NYSE. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
