BuzzFeed (BZFD) Announces Resignation of Patrick Kerins from Board

On March 6, 2024, Mr. Patrick Kerins notified the board of directors that he has decided not to stand for re-election as a director of BuzzFeed (NASDAQ: BZFD). Mr. Kerins’ decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company. He will continue as a director until his term ends immediately prior to the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders.
