On March 18, 2024, Jeffrey Laub, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of Burlington Stores (NYSE: BURL), informed the Company that he will be retiring from the Company effective as of May 3, 2024. Mr. Laub shall cease serving as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) effective as of April 27, 2024.
On March 18, 2024, Stephen Ferroni was appointed to serve as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) effective as of April 28, 2024. Mr. Ferroni, age 46, has served as the Company’s Vice President of Corporate Accounting since 2013. From the commencement of his employment with the Company in 2007 through 2013, Mr. Ferroni served as the Company’s Director of Financial Reporting.
