Boston Scientific executive Jeffrey Mirviss to retire in December

Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) announced that Jeffrey B. Mirviss will retire from his position as Executive Vice President and President, Peripheral Interventions effective December 1, 2025.
Mirviss informed the company of his retirement decision on August 29, 2025, according to the company statement. He will continue serving Boston Scientific as a senior advisor from December 1, 2025 through February 27, 2026.
During his advisory period, Mirviss will receive his current annual base salary of $705,000, prorated through his retirement date. The company has not announced a replacement for the Peripheral Interventions leadership role.
Boston Scientific is a medical device manufacturer that develops technologies for interventional medical specialties. The Peripheral Interventions division focuses on devices and treatments for conditions affecting blood vessels outside the heart and brain.
