BigBear.ai (BBAI) Announces Resignation of Director Jeffrey Hart

Effective as of July 14, 2025 (the “Separation Date”), Jeffrey Hart resigned from his position as Director of BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI). Mr. Hart did not resign due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Hart for his service to the Company and its stockholders.
