On April 1, 2024, Christa Davies notified Aon plc (NYSE: AON) of her intention to retire from her position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, following more than 16 years of distinguished service to the Company. Ms. Davies will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer into the third quarter of 2024 and will thereafter remain at the Company as a senior advisor for a transition period into 2025.
