Actelis Networks eliminates senior VP sales position

Actelis Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNS) eliminated the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas, effective September 17, 2025, as part of organizational restructuring.

Bret Harrison, who held the position, left the company on the same date. The company stated Harrison's employment termination did not result from any disagreement regarding operations, policies, or practices.

The telecommunications equipment company provided the information in a press release statement.
