VeriSign (VRSN) Gains as Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Adds to Stake

Shares of VeriSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) are showing solid gains Monday (+3.5%) following an amended 13D disclosure from Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway showing an increased 10.4%, or 12,985,000 share, stake in the company. This is up 11.12% from the 11,685,654 shares held at the end of the latest quarter.

The disclosure was made as of July 31, 2014.
