In a 13G filing on Vivus, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVUS), hedge fund Meditor Group Ltd disclosed a 5.49%, or 4,881,000 share, stake in the company. This is up 457.83% from the 875,000 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending September 30, 2011.
