John Thaler's JAT Capital Management filed a 13G on Sina Corp. (Nasdaq: SINA) today showing a 5.6% stake, or 3,384,385 shares.
In a 13G filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, JAT reported holding 3,406,651 shares on May 12, 2011, which had been whittled down to 3,384,385 shares on May 23rd, or 5.6 percent of all outstranding.
JAT's held just 1,455,995 shares at the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
