In a 13G filing on Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO), mutual fund FMR LLC disclosed a 12.99%, or 11,214,477 share, stake in the company. This is up 203.92% from the 3,690,000 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending September 30, 2011.
