In a 13G filing earlier today on Lions Gate Entertainment (NYSE: LGF), fund FMR LLC disclosed a 5.47%, or 7,848,149 share, stake in the company. This is down 55.73% from the 17,725,993 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending December 31, 2011.
