In a 13G filing on InterMune, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITMN), James E. Flynn's hedge fund Deerfield Management disclosed a 6.33%, or 4,164,095 share, stake in the company. This is up 732.82% from the 500,000 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending June 30, 2012. The firm also held 2.5% notes at that time.
