Buffett's Berkshire Has 15.2% Stake in Snowflake (SNOW)

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway confirms it has a 6,125,376 share, or 15.2%, stake in recent IPO Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW). The stake was disclosed in a 13G filing with the SEC Monday afternoon.
With the IPO, Berkshire agreed to purchase $250 million Class A common stock from the company in a private placement at a price per share equal to the initial public offering price. In addition, Berkshire agreed to purchase 4,042,043 shares of our Class A common stock from one of the company's stockholders in a secondary transaction at a price per share equal to the initial public offering price that will close immediately subsequent to the closing of this offering.
Snowflake is a popular cloud data platform. The company came public on Sept 16 - opening at $245 after pricing at $120. Shares last traded at $250.41.
