Weiss Family Raise American Greetings (AM) Offer to $17.50/Share

In an amended 13D filing after the close on American Greetings (NYSE: AM), the Weiss Family disclosed they delivered letter to the Special Committee reiterating the Weiss Family’s Proposal and increasing the price offered per share in connection with the Proposal from $17.18 to $17.50, net to the seller in cash.
