Mark Cuban Reduces Stake in LodgeNet (LNET) to 7.8%

Mark Cuban sold some of his LodgeNet Interactive Corp (Nasdaq: LNET) shares recently, according to an amended 13D filed with the U.S. SEC.
On September 13th, Cuban reported holding 1,977,768 shares of LodgeNet, which is down from 2,399,985 shares held in December 2011. In total, the stake represents 7.8 percent of LodgeNet shares, down from 9.5 percent prior.
Over the last several months, LodgeNet shares have fellen from a peak near $4 down to just 42 cents, a drop of 90 percent.
Shares of LodgeNet are flat in early trading Monday morning.
